13 Days of Otakutober

Hello my witches and weebs and welcome to the best time of the entire year. Okay. I might be a little biased, but still, welcome to MY favorite time of year: 13 Days of Otakutober! Now, Otakutober is my absolute favorite campaign of the entire year. Mostly because yes–I love spooky things and the fall season. 13 Days of Otakuober is the time of year when we get to talk about things like horror anime, scary stories, demons and yokai, Halloween in Japan, and more! Last year we enjoyed a plethora of posts (each with an extremely witty title–thanks to yours truly. I’ll try my best this time), and this year we’re excited for more.

For those of you who weren’t with us last Otakutober, 13 Days of Otakuober means blog posts EVERY single day leading up to Halloweeb. So that means spooky otaku related content every single day from today (October 18), all the way through October 31st! And don’t worry, as always, you can check out all of last year’s 13 Days of Otakutober post here. Meanwhile, we will be chronicling each post for Otakutober at the bottom of this post!

This year we’ve got some real good posts for you covering things from horror otome games, to demon contracts, to IRL costumes and festivities! So grab your jack-o-lantern, your bag of treats, and your anime Halloween costume, and get ready for 13 Days of Otakutober!
