The summer is nearly over and as the once long days start to shorten again into fall, we find ourselves in the season of Hotsui Matsuri once again. Hello everyone, we’re You Can’t Know and we’re here and ready to bring you our own version of a summer festival–Hotsui Matsuri! During this festival we nod to Japanese mythology, folklore, and history. Throughout Hotsui Matsuri, we will cover all sorts of topics such as getting a little whimsical with Nihongo Legends and talking about Princess Kaguya as well as the Tesso. We’ll also be diving a little into some more historics with topics such as traditional Japanese instruments and the Bushido Code. But no matter what we’re talking about, it’s guaranteed to be entertaining (but if it’s not, whoops!).
And just like always, we’ll be linking every day’s blog post in this intro post below so that you can’t possibly miss a day.
