It’s once again Otaku Thursday and that means it is I, Luna, coming at you all with more weeby and otaku related content. As Star and I prep for the beginning of 13 Days of Otakutober next week, I thought I’d bring a very simple post this week. Nothing stressful like the top anime of summer, no this week we’re going to list out what we’ll be watching next season and a one-sentence reason for why.
The “everyday” life of maids that will either be really good or really degen.
This looks like the epitome of shoujo and can be really good or just your average romance.
Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War
I mean…it’s Bleach, must I say more?
Everyone has been talking about this soccer (I think it’s soccer) anime and we’ve been really missing a good sports anime in our life.
Please let this be the all-girl rock band anime that we’ve been missing in our lives.
Yes, we’re jumping on this hype train to see what it’s about.

I’m the Villainess, So I’m Taming the Final Boss
This sounds close to the popular ‘My Life as a Villainess’ so it has to be good right?
Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury
This sounds like the one Mobile Suit Gundam that we’ll both enjoy.
More than a married couple, but not lovers.
The real reason we’re watching it is the confusion over the title.
Cute Tanuki girl doing cute things but could actually be the breath of fresh air we need this season.
A bunch of clumsy idiots who just seem to be cool on the outside–what a concept!
This looks like a gorgeous Wuxia that we’re both excited for.
An heir of a ninja clan…it’s either gonna be good or trash and we don’t which yet.
The return of Anya–I rest my case.
Well, that’s it. That is everything we’re watching. It is fifteen in total this season which is way more than we thought we’d be watching for fall. But in all honesty, I’m fairly certain we’re going to drop a handful because they’re a 50/50 on if we’ll be into them. The fall season is a combo of anime that is kind of all over the place, so we’re sure we’ll find some gems. We’re secretly counting down until winter 2023 though–that’s when some real good anime will be coming our way. But for now, here’s what we’re watching.
